These Terms & Conditions constitute the binding legal agreement between you and jpok governing your use of our online casino and sports betting platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any wager. By registering with jpok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every provision set out below.

18+ Age Requirement
jpok is strictly available to individuals aged 18 years and above. Age verification via government-issued ID is mandatory before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to under-18 users will be closed immediately and all funds will be forfeited.
BDT Payments Only
All transactions on jpok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Currency conversion is not offered. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their payment service provider.
Bonus Wagering Rules
All bonuses credited to a jpok account are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonuses must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Withdrawing before meeting requirements forfeits the bonus.
One Account Per Player
Each player may hold exactly one jpok account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing an account with another person, or using another player's account constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.
Fair Play & Integrity

1 General Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between jpok ("the Platform", "we", " us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses the jpok online casino and sports betting platform available at https://jpok.app. By accessing the Platform in any way — including browsing, registering, depositing funds, placing bets, or playing any game — you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them.
These Terms are written in English and that English version is the authoritative legal text. jpok operates its platform in English as the chosen language of communication with players in Bangladesh. Any translation provided for convenience does not carry legal weight and must not be relied upon in the event of a dispute.
These Terms should be read alongside the jpok Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and jpok. If there is any conflict between these Terms and another document, these Terms shall prevail unless that other document explicitly states otherwise.
jpok reserves the right to refuse service, suspend accounts, or restrict access to any part of the Platform at its sole discretion, at any time and without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has violated these Terms, applicable law, or the rights of a third party.
2 Eligibility & Registration
To register an account and use the jpok Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. jpok does not permit any individual under the age of 18 to register, deposit, or participate in any game or betting activity on the Platform, regardless of whether such activity is legal at a younger age in any particular jurisdiction.
- You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, partnerships, and other legal entities may not register as players.
- You must be registering of your own free will and not at the direction of any third party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
- You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, either self-imposed through the jpok responsible gaming tools or imposed by jpok as a result of prior account action.
- You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information at the time of registration. jpok will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, and any discrepancy between the information provided and your verified identity documents will result in account suspension.
During registration you will be required to provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number for OTP verification, a unique username, a secure password, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. jpok will never ask you to reveal your password — any communication purporting to request your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to the jpok support team immediately.
Each player may hold only one account on jpok. If jpok determines that a player holds more than one account — whether under the same or different identities — all accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled. This applies equally to cases where multiple accounts are operated from the same device, IP address, payment method, or household address.
3 Account Obligations
By holding an active jpok account, you accept the following ongoing obligations:
- Security: You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and OTP device secure. Do not share your credentials with any other person. jpok will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.
- Accurate information: You must promptly update your account information if any details change, including your mobile number, email address, or payment method. Outdated contact information may delay KYC verification or prevent receipt of important account notifications.
- Reporting unauthorised access: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the jpok support team immediately via live chat inside the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. jpok will temporarily lock the account pending investigation.
- Compliance with these Terms: You are personally responsible for ensuring that your use of jpok complies with these Terms at all times. Ignorance of these Terms is not an acceptable defence in any dispute.
- Personal use only: Your jpok account is strictly for your personal entertainment use. You may not use your account for commercial purposes, to operate a business, or on behalf of any other person or entity.
jpok reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews. During a review, withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while the team verifies the legitimacy of account activity. Players will be notified via their registered email address if their account is placed under review, and the process will be completed as promptly as reasonably practicable.
4 Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on jpok are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). jpok does not offer currency conversion and does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. The following payment methods are currently accepted on the Platform:
- bKash — minimum deposit ৳200; funds credited within 60 seconds.
- Nagad — minimum deposit ৳200; funds credited within 60 seconds.
- Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank) — minimum deposit ৳200; processing up to 5 minutes.
- Upay — minimum deposit ৳200; processing up to 5 minutes.
- Visa — minimum deposit ৳500; processed immediately subject to card issuer approval.
- Mastercard — minimum deposit ৳500; processed immediately subject to card issuer approval.
jpok does not charge platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your card-issuing bank) may apply their own transaction charges. jpok has no control over third-party provider fees and cannot be held responsible for them.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) the player's account must be fully KYC-verified with a confirmed government-issued photo ID; (b) the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500; (c) withdrawals must be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the jpok support team; (d) jpok processes withdrawal requests promptly for verified accounts, though final crediting times depend on the receiving payment provider.
jpok reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed ৳50,000 or that are considered unusual in the context of the player's normal account activity. Requested supporting documentation must be provided within 7 days of the request or the withdrawal may be cancelled and returned to the player's jpok wallet.
5 Bonuses & Promotions
jpok offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are displayed at the point of offer. The following general bonus terms apply to all jpok promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:
- Bonuses are credited in BDT to the player's bonus balance, which is separate from the real-money balance.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money.
- Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games, sports betting, and table games may contribute a lower percentage — the exact contribution rate is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
- Bonus offers are available to one account per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this rule by registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure.
- jpok reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. A bonus that has already been credited to a player's account at the time of modification will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting.
- Bonuses that remain unclaimed for more than 30 calendar days after crediting will expire automatically and be removed from the player's bonus balance.
Players who have opted out of marketing communications will not receive personalised bonus offers. Players may opt back in to marketing via the Account Settings section of the jpok dashboard.
6 Betting & Gaming Rules
All bets and game rounds placed on jpok are subject to the individual game rules provided within the game interface, and to these overarching platform rules:
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game or market interface. jpok reserves the right to adjust stake limits for any game or market at any time.
- Bet acceptance: For sports betting, jpok reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on an event that has already concluded, where the odds were displayed in error, or where jpok suspects irregular betting patterns.
- Void bets: Where a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the completion of the minimum required play time, jpok reserves the right to void all bets on that event and return stakes to the player's real-money balance.
- Technical errors: In the event of a technical malfunction that affects a game or betting round — including server errors, disconnections, or software faults — jpok reserves the right to void the affected game round or bet and return the staked amount to the player's balance. No winnings generated from a round affected by a confirmed technical error will be paid.
- Cricket and BPL: Bets on Bangladesh Premier League, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh national team matches are subject to the specific cricket betting rules published in the sports section of the jpok dashboard. In-play bets placed after a wicket has fallen but before the odds have updated will be voided.
All casino games available on jpok — including slots, live casino tables, Teen Patti, and Andar Bahar — use certified random number generators or live dealer studios from licensed and independently audited providers. Published RTP (Return to Player) percentages for slot games represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any individual session outcome.
7 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jpok Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended or permanently closed, all balances and pending withdrawals forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:
- Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using or attempting to use any software, script, bot, automated tool, or artificial intelligence system to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
- Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform — whether or not those errors result in financial gain. Any winnings obtained as a result of a confirmed software error are not payable and will be removed from the player's balance.
- Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, or sharing strategy in real-time during live casino games in a manner designed to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using the jpok platform or payment systems to launder money or to process funds derived from unlawful activities.
- Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any other activity that undermines the integrity of sporting events covered by jpok's sports betting section.
- Chargeback fraud — filing a chargeback with a payment provider for a deposit that was legitimately made and played on the Platform.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing jpok support staff or other players via any communication channel.
8 Account Suspension & Closure
jpok may suspend or permanently close a player's account under the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
- Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe.
- Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, unlawful, or abusive activity.
- Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player (see Responsible Gaming policy).
- Account inactivity: accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts are subject to a monthly administration fee of ৳100 deducted from the remaining balance, once the balance falls below ৳1,000. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.
Player-initiated closure: Players may request account closure at any time by contacting the jpok support team via 24/7 live chat in the account dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Upon a closure request, jpok will process any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balances before closing the account. Bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirement at the time of closure will be forfeited.
Self-exclusion: Players who wish to self-exclude due to problem gambling concerns may request either a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours, maximum 6 months) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and take effect across all sections of the jpok Platform. Players who are permanently self-excluded may not re-register on jpok under any circumstances.
9 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jpok's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or any game or bet placed on the Platform shall be limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the liability.
jpok is not liable for:
- Any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your use of the Platform.
- Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform, whether planned or unplanned, including but not limited to maintenance windows, internet service outages, or force majeure events.
- Any delay or failure in the crediting of deposits or processing of withdrawals caused by third-party payment service providers, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard.
- Any loss arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure, including losses caused by unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence.
- Any loss arising from your reliance on game outcome predictions, betting tips, or strategy guides — whether published by jpok or any third party.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jpok's liability for death or personal injury caused by jpok's own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by jpok. These exclusions apply to the extent permitted by law and do not affect your statutory rights.
10 Amendments & Governing Law
jpok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jpok will notify registered players via their registered email address or via an on-screen notification displayed upon login. The updated Terms will display a revised effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the jpok Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact the support team to arrange closure of your account and withdrawal of any available real-money balance.
These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the jpok Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. jpok operates the Platform in English for the Bangladesh market. All timestamps displayed on the Platform use Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). All financial amounts are expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) using the ৳ symbol.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by jpok of any breach of these Terms shall constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
